Problem

How do we turn an outdated listing board into a data-driven transfer market that both players and clubs actually trust?

Playmaker operated on a legacy platform that looked and felt like 2015. Player profiles lacked key stats and performance data, making it hard for clubs to evaluate talent. No filtering, no comparison tools, no trust signals — scouts had to rely on gut feeling instead of data. Mobile experience was nonexistent, and user engagement was dropping quarter over quarter.
